TO USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE MERCHANT
Amendments and additions to the General Terms and Conditions - for the use of the services provided by the trader (effective from 25.05.2018)
In connection with the General Regulation on the protection of personal data 2016/679, in force from 25.05.2018, and on the basis of Art. 24 of the General Terms and Conditions for the use of the services provided by the merchant, the following amendments and additions to the General Terms and Conditions are made:
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This document contains the General Terms and Conditions according to which the MERCHANT provides services to users/customers/subjects of personal data through www.internity.bg. This web page (called the site) is administered by: "AVENIR TELECOM" EOOD (administrator of personal data), with its registered office in the city of Sofia, "Tsarigradsko Shose" Blvd. No. 62, telephone for correspondence 02 8090602.
These terms are binding on all users/customers/data subjects. By clicking on the "I have read the general conditions and I agree with them" check mark, the user/customer/subject of personal data agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Conditions. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Identification of the user/client/subject of personal data for the purpose of reproducing his/her statement of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions as well as of the order made is carried out through the log files stored on the server of /www.internity.bg/, storage of The IP address of the user/customer/personal data subject as well as any other information (network/traffic data).
The products found on the website of www.internity.bg do not constitute a legally binding offer, but are a demonstrative online catalog describing the merchant's product line. The Merchant will make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the information presented on the Site. However, given the possible errors in this information, it is specified that the images of the products are informative, or the delivered products may differ from the images in any way due to a change in characteristics and design, without notice from country of producers.
After pressing the "Confirm" button, at step 5 of the purchase process, users agree to purchase the goods in the basket. This action is legally binding. The customer receives confirmation of the order and upon receipt of this confirmation, the contract is deemed to be concluded. By placing an order on the site, the users/customers/subjects of personal data confirm that they agree to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the Merchant executes the orders on the site.If the Merchant confirms the execution of an order, this means full acceptance of the terms of the order. The acceptance of the order by the Merchant is considered to have been made when there is an electronic confirmation (e-mail) sent by the Merchant to the specific user, without requiring confirmation of receipt by the client. At no time shall the Merchant consider an unconfirmed order to have the force of a contract. The contract is considered concluded from the moment of confirmation of the order by the Merchant.
The MERCHANT reserves the right to refuse delivery of a confirmed order in the event that the goods are not available. In case of lack of stock of the requested product, within the working week, the MERCHANT shall notify the user/customer/personal data subject of its depletion by sending a message to the e-mail address specified by the customer/user/personal data subject or to the specified telephone number. In the event that a transfer is made to the Trader's account, the client/user/subject of personal data will be able to choose between a refund, cancellation of the order, or through a replacement order - another product of the same type, quantity and quality.
The contract language is Bulgarian. Payments will be made in Bulgarian levs, by courier, cash on delivery.
